Since opening, you may already know (or be about to discover!) that we’ve always wanted The Big Cheese to be a little different - so for our very first tasting, we’re doing things a little differently too.
Forget the traditional wine pairing. We’re pairing cheese with cocktails!
We’re delighted to be collaborating with Nectar, our local cocktail bar, for this special first event.
Join Mia from The Big Cheese and Panos, the creative mind behind Nectar’s cocktails, as they bring their expertise together for an evening of exciting flavour combinations.
Mia will guide you through a selection of our wonderful artisan cheeses, while Panos creates his cocktails to complement each one, exploring how unexpected flavours can work brilliantly together.
This is a real first for us and exactly the kind of experience we want to bring to The Big Cheese Studio - great cheese, local collaboration and something a little out of the ordinary.
